Chances of Medical school?

Hi, I'm an aspiring pediatrician and freshman at a small liberal arts school who just finished her first semester of college.
While it's been fun, it hasn't gone as well as I had hoped it would.
I'll most likely be ending my first semester with a 3.0 or 3.25 (final grades haven't been put in yet) GPA. I have never in my life received a gpa this low, so this has a been a huge shock. Absolutely terrifying, actually.
Gen chem 1: B
Calculus 1: B
ENGF 269: B or C (not finalized)
Required course at school: A
(For gen chem and cal, I started strong but faltered in the end)
My question is: is it a possibility for me to get accepted into medical school?
I know I still have 5 more semesters before I have to start applying to med school/take the MCAT, but I wanted to get insight from people who maybe have been in my position, know someone who has, etc.

Any advice is appreciated.
