Chances of my dissmissal appeal getting accepted and not kicked out

I just transferred and have servere ADHD and after medication mix up and being 100+ miles away I literally couldn’t retain material this semester. I took classes the school set me up with and it was a lot harder classes than freshman in my major had to do. It was just really difficult and two of my classes required at least 8 hours a week minimum and I was drowning. I was constantly trying to do better to the point of taking to much of my medicine and staying up 3 days straight. Once it came down for my tests I completely crashed.
I got help on my appeal letter from someone on this website. I have a doctors note that says I should be able to go back and it was that my medication wasn’t working and we are improving on it.
The school asked if I provide one and I addressed everything they wanted. I sent a written and typed copy of the letter.
I’m so stressed I know I don’t represent my grades this semester and my doctor told me this new medication is great and someone else had a low GPA and turned it around the next semester.
I just need some insight, I’m scared of myself if I don’t get in.

Hello, it seems right you are just going through some tough times that I do sincerely hope will pass soon. I am not a college student yet and I definitely have never been in a situation like yours before so all I can offer is some hope for you. I would like you to know that this is not the end of the world, and you do not need to freak out. I would suggest you try to set up a meeting with a counselor and explain to them all that you have been through this semester. If you have grades from another college (community college?) or high school, you can try showing them that to prove to them you do not represent these grades. I do not really have much sound advice for you, but I really hope your college understands what you have been going through. I pray for you, and I hope all goes well.
