SATII Lit 670 USH 700

pre-law? would that be philosophy or physics?

GPA is on the very low end of the scale… especially if 3.4 is your weighted GPA. State schools tend to focus alot on GPA. You have a bid of a shot with your strong ECs, but do know that your SATs are hovering around 25-percentile level for NYU.

pre law would be political science so i think i would be in the college of arts and science
well i just received my last semester scores so my over all weighted GPA should be 3.6
i plan on taking the SAT again but im not sure if i can do better or not.

That 3.4 weighted will hurt a lot. Also your test scores are sub-par. Your ECs look good, and I see some leadership. Are you willing to pay tuition without aid? If so your chances are a lot better.

chance me: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/957028-chance-please.html

i should be at 3.6 weighted now but i dont think that helps any.
I would be willing to pay tuition with out aid if that becomes a factor to whether i get accepted or not
