Chances of Penn SEAS for Canadian Student

Hi, so I am in a weird situation. Essentially, I applied to M&T program at penn for ED, and I realized I was probably not going to get in with my qualifications, considering that I am Asian, male and an international student. My secondary choice, was SEAS, which will be binding. I'm really internally conflicted with myself if I am reaching high or low and whether I should e-mail penn about canceling my secondary choice. Can someone give me some comment?

Asian, Male, Canadian
Weighted GPA: I have no idea what it is, but my average is around 97 (our school is ranked number 1 public school in the region, not sure if that helps or hurts me)

SAT 1: 2380 superscored,(2260 first sitting 10 on the essay, 2360 second sitting, 9 on the essay)

APs: school doesn't offer any and I didn't take any, but I did take a very rigorous course load for my senior year, including bio, econ, law, chem, phy, calc, and I got 95+ on all of them.
