I haven’t taken SAT yet,but how high should I aim to get admitted with a decent amount of financial aid for computer engineering??
THANKS IN ADVANCED!!

Grade 10 CGPA-9.2

You need to go to the web sites of the schools and see what scholarships are available for out of state students. Penn State essentially has none. You would be full pay. If your parents can pay $50K/year then feel free to apply. Otherwise forget about Penn State. Ohio State does have scholarship $ available for OOS students. Look on their web site. I believe they publish average stats for scholarship winners. Do some googling.

Thanks! how selective is ohio state ,do u think I can get in their engineering program??

If you’re into computers, check out Drexel. They give a ton of money and are similar in scores as the ones you mentioned. Can’t chance without SAT scores, and I’m not familiar with the Indian grading system, but look into Drexel.

Thanks Allison 1125,how much do you think i got to get for SAT to get into purdue, osu or Drexel??? Hows Drexels engineering program??

Purdue has very little financial aid for non-in state residents. It’s a great program however

Is university of Maryland college park selective,do they give much in terms of financial aid???

Yes, UMD is selective, especially for engineering. No, they aren’t known for giving great aid.

SAT 1230/1600

i plan on taking it agian along with an AP and a couple subject tests ,
