Chances of receiving Provost scholarship?

<p>I am a NMSF and will most likely become a NMF. I am curious as to how likely I am to receive a Provost scholarship. I have no idea how many NMFs are accepted to Illinois per year that I am competing with. What are some stats of students who have received the scholarship?</p>

<p>My stats:
2310 SAT/35 ACT
GPA: 3.8 (estimated, not calculated by school. UW, no weighting)
Rank: Probably top 25% (also estimated. Both this and GPA are at extremely tough magnet school)
ECs and essays: Great, hopefully
