I'm currently a senior in HS at a pretty well known academic school in South Jersey. My GPA weighted is about 90/100. I think that's like 3.4 ish? My SATs are 570-M 610-CR 580-W. Took them twice. No ACTs. I take a lot of honors and advanced honors classes. My freshman year i took honors Alg 1 and i got a D. Sophomore yr i got a D in honors geom and a C in advanced honors chem. Also my junior year i got a C in honors physics. I was told it's better to take the higher classes and get Cs than low classes and get like a B. I understand Ds are not great in reg classes or hon classes but i was stubborn and didnt want to give up so i stayed in them.
Every other class i have As and a few Bs.
I am a 4 yr member of the marching band, was Vice President my junior year and am the assistant drum major and president this year. I did drumline for 3 years. Both groups were championship winners on the East Coast. I'm in ESCAPE club (environmental club) and pit orchestra. Also I'm in all south jersey and Olympic conference bands for my flute playing. I'm very competitive. My gpa isnt bad, i just have some poor marks on my earlier years in math. Junior year i got a B in the accelerated track (The avg math). Do you think i could get in RU NB SEBS or SAS? I applied to both. I'm taking AP Bio this year if that helps.
