I have all my credits ready for graduation,

graduating under the Distinguished Program,
Have a 3.1 GPA, Class rank is Top 38% out of 1,200 kids.
Got a 1290 on SAT (with reading + writing + math)
Got 21 on my ACT.
No volunteer hours, no extra curricular activites, no work experience (shocking).

Pretty average grades, High B's and A's.
Took Pre-AP French III, AP World History, US history and Pre-AP Geography.

Are you sure?

Because it says the Assured Admission at my percentile is 22, and I have 21.

You think the extra point matters, and that they’ll consider accepting me?
I really wanna make this work.

Sorry for being rude but, did you even care? 1290 on SAT and NO volunteer hours/EC’s? Come on son!

Yeah…I really messed up.

I’m just here as a guy wondering if he could make it to Texas State, or else I’ll have to go to a community college. :/

judging your gpa and rank and act score (NOT SAT) I would say that your have like a 70% chance…it also doesn’t hurt that they accept nearly 80% of their applicants

I mean my GPA probably went up a little, so I can say I have a pretty good chance of getting in with a letter of recommendation?

I sent the colleges both my SAT and ACT so…would it lower my chances or?
