<p>I'm a freshman Physics Major at USC (southern california) with a current gpa of 3.93, but an estimated entire first-year gpa of about 3.66 (based on midterms). My first choice when I applied to colleges in high school was UVa, but I was wait-listed/denied. I had an SAT score of 1970 and a gpa of 3.9 in high school.
I still think I really want to go to UVa, but am unsure of the chances and repercussions of transferring after probably my second-year at USC. Could anyone please give me some advice on these two issues? Anything is appreciated. Thank you.</p>
