chances of transfering?

<p>I am considering attending uw la crosse for my first year and then transferring either to uw madison or umn-twin cities. I am wondering how competitive tranfer admissions are to these schools. I really want to go to either madison or minnesota but so far madison has postponed my application and minnesota hasn't responded so...</p>
