Chances of transferring after taking 2 years off?

I was wondering what my chances of transferring to the University of MN were after taking 2 years off to save money, and gain experience. I attended a community college and ended with a CGPA of 3.1, and an internship with the New York Medical Examiner's Office/Manhattan South Homicide Sector. I also got a job as a medical ER scribe where I first hand experienced the practices and procedures of Emergency Medicine, via Nurses and Physician. Throughout the process I learned several medical terms, and many other valuable education experience. I am ready to start school again as pre-nursing or pre-medical (Liberal Arts School) at the University of MN and was wondering what my chances were.

Thanks!
