I'm currently a sophomore at USC and am looking to transfer to Penn St. My high school stats were pretty good with about a 3.8 gpa and an ACT score of 31 with a perfect 36 in math (if that even makes a difference). But I was changing my major my freshman year at USC so I was dropping and adding classes and slacked off a little and ended up with a 2.86 gpa for the year. I just applied for transfer to Penn St for the Spring 2012 semester, but because of my major I had to first apply to a regional campus instead of University Park. With my not so good freshman gpa, what are my chances of being accepted to Penn St?? Keeping in mind that it is another campus other than University Park. Thanks!!
