-job shadowed the manager of the Californian Restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa
-independent caterer/pastry chef for a client's bridal shower
-youth leader for my Eucharistic Youth Community for over 10 years: try to build future leaders and encourage children to develop their own moral ethics
-treasurer of the Doctors of Tomorrow Club: in charge of fundraising our campus' largest events, such as the Biomedical Conference, Science Night, and our Annual Health Fair
-student representative of the Instructional Food Service Committee: attended meetings and gave personal input on how to improve school's food service
-volunteered as test proctor and interview judge for the OC Academic Decathlon
