chances of transferring to ut austin..?? PLEASE ANY HELP

<p>Hi, i am new to this forum but i see that there is a ton of helpful information so i was seeing if someone could help me out! well i attended houston community college my first semester and i finished 28 hrs with a 4.0 gpa... this semester i am taking a class at UH and going to HCC still and i plan on maintaining my 4.0 or worst case scenario ill get a 3.9 gpa.. i will have 41 hours after the spring and i was wondering what my chances of getting into UT @ austin are
i am applying to the liberal arts school and the undecided major</p>

<p>I don’t know too much about UT, but I do know that they look a lot at GPA. If your GPA isn’t the minimum requirement you’re not getting in. But looks like you’re doing well with your GPA, so keep it up and you have a great shot.</p>

<p>i think ull get in, but u should try to decide on a major… ur supposed to know that by the time u have that many credits i think :)</p>

<p>The minimum GPA is a 3.0. Your stats are more than enough to get in, and since I’m guessing you’re a resident of Texas I would bet my life that you get accepted.</p>
