Hi,

I have a 2.9 gpa and 44 credits.
I'm hoping to transfer into Western Washington University, whose minimum gpa requirement to transfers is 2.0. Do you think I have a chance of transferring in with a 2.9?

Oh, and I got around 1680 or so on my SAT if that helps any?

anyone got any idea?

Well, err. Probably not!
2.9 is pretty low, and 1680 is not an impressive score.
But it doesn’t hurt to try, so go for it! Nothing wrong with trying…you can be proud that you gave it your best.

Well, i’m just transferring from doing a quarter at Cascadia, or trying to. The reason I have so many credits is from doing college in the highschool with EvCC, which I had a 3.5 or 3.6 in. So, because i’ve only taken three classes here, its’s just calc that lowered my gpa to a 2.9, but i’m taking that class over along with two additional classes this quarter to higher my gpa… but i guess that’s not really relevant, since i’m applying for winter and these classes won’t be over until winter and won’t be considered into my application. I don’t know, just wanted to see if I had any shot.

anyone else have any idea?
