chances of UC and Cal State

wat are my chances of getting into UCs and Cal States?

weighted GPA: 3.16
SAT I: 1870, C:630, M:660, W:580.
SAT II: us:660, Math 2: 600
frosh year: englihs H
soph year: english h and world history h
junior year: english ap, us ap, calc ab.
senior year: will take: english ap, econ ap, govt ap, french ap, and either calc BC or stats ap
involved in: key club (2 years), math club (2 years)
colorguard: one year…the thing about cg is that we started fresh this year and we basically built the entire team on 4 people. our advisor doesnt know anything about flag. our team is now with 10 ppl. also, assistant captain for that year. we participated in two parades and took trophies home on both: 5th place and 1st. this is wat im prolly gonna base my essay on: how hard we worked.
piano: TEN YEARS…by graduation, i will have passed advanced level CM tests…2nd alternate of bach festival
personal stats: chinese 1st generation
would it help me if i told them that i started taking classes at a community college in spring of my junior year?
stats arent that great, but im determined, just kinda discouraged…

please find my chances for some of the middle to lower rank UCs, and cal states…and if possible, some out of state colleges too…all my cousins told me to go to college out of state to get away from the family :D…

<p>ahahaha....forgot my major...actually, im not too sure, i kno im interested in figuring how humans think (like how culture and stuff affects them) and to be able to help people...the philanthopist in me i suppose, but it gonna be either:
business/marketing/advertising
psychology
sociology
education</p>

<p>if all else fails you can always go somewhere and transfer in to a UC school. you live in cali right?</p>

<p>If you're in California, you can probably get into a CSU without a second glance, but for a UC, you might want to aim for one of the easier admitted ones. I think that includes Riverside, not sure of the others... Someone had a list a while ago.</p>
