Hi, I am a sophomore and I would like to know the chances of me getting into extremely selective schools like MIT, Stanford, Ivy League schools, etc.

I am 5/260 (top 2%) in my class currently. I have a GPA of 4.33 weighted, 3,93 UW. I go to an extremely competitive public high school outside of Cleveland, Ohio. I have gotten all A's except a B in Honors Algebra I, an A- in Honors Algebra II, and a B+ in Honors Chemistry (although I have gotten A's in three AP classes (Euro, US History, Stats), as well as A's in Geometry, Honors Biology, Honors Statistics, Honors English, Chinese, etc.) I am waiting for my PSAT and ACT aspire test scores, although I thought they were an easy breeze. I plan on taking AP Chem, AP Bio, AP Physics, AP English, AP Calc, in the future (my academic schedules always seem rigorous). I am on the varsity track team, and run cross country and play soccer.
As for EC's, I founded and am the president of the Chinese Club, and was invited to travel to China as a part of a chinese government-sponsored program by a former Chinese instructor (I will do so this summer)
I am a class officer (VP). I am a member of the United Way YFDC, a member of my church's leadership team, a civic club volunteer, a Junior Ambassador at Cleveland Clinic, and a member of the principal's leadership council, as well as a few other clubs. I definitely plan on going to medical school.

Anyways I just wondered what anybody thought of my chances of getting into some of these extremely selective schools. I am realistic and know my chances are extremely, and I mean extremely SLIM, I suppose. Also, what should I do in the future to best prepare myself? Sorry this is sooo long.
