Chances of William and Mary?

Hey guys,

I'm currently a high school junior in North Carolina, and my definite first choice school is William and Mary. I will be 100% applying early decision, and scheduling an interview for this summer. Below are my "stats", and I was wondering if someone could provide me with brutal honesty regarding my chances getting in; I would be very appreciative!

GPA: 4.421 (however after this year ends it will be slightly above a 4.5 if I maintain the grades I have now, which I should)

Class Rank: 38/575

AP's taken (or will take senior year): AP US History, AP English 3, AP Environmental Science, AP Calculus AB/BC (we're on block scheduling here, so it's two separate classes), AP English 4, AP European History, and AP Spanish Literature.

Also, while I don't plan on pursuing a career in drama/theater, I will have taken all four theater classes our school offers (and the 3rd and 4th levels are honors). I'm not sure if this would set me apart or not.

Extracurriculars: Freshman year cheerleading (cheerleader of the year), involvement in an improv troupe, 3 plays all together, student council (Junior Class President and next year I will be running uncontested for Student Body President), National Honors Society, National Technical Honors Society, BOOST club (a volunteer club), as well as a job at the library last summer, and (hopefully) a job teaching young girl's gymnastics classes this summer. Also, I do volunteer regularly, and go after school (and this summer) to read to ESL kids at an after school program and interact with them.

SAT/ACT: 1940/2400 (however I can get this to above a 2000 with my superscore), and I haven't taken the ACT yet but I was projected by my practice to score between a 27 and 32.

I should be able to nail the interviews/essays, since I am a funny and quirky person (I know it's not coming through now haha!), which I think William and Mary would appreciate. Also, it should be noted that my mother had cancer for a brief time during my sophomore year, and I think that could be included somewhere on my application/essay.

Sorry that was so long, but I would really like some feedback. Thanks again!!!
