Chances on competitive schools (cornell, hopkins)

Hi, all. This is my first time posting here but not on the website, hope I'm doing this correctly.

Currently attend a highly-competitive, prestigious private high school in Texas. I'm a junior but I'm putting some stuff on here I know I will be involved with senior year.

Planning on applying to:
Cornell (Early Decision?)
Johns Hopkins (Early Decision?)
Duke
Middlebury
UT Austin
Tufts
Georgetown
US Naval Academy

Stats:
Full tuition merit scholarship to high school
PSAT: 202 sophomore year, 210 junior year (National Semifinalist)
SAT: 2120 (730 CR, 720 M, 670 WR) - plan to take again over summer, hope to get over 2200
No class rankings provided by school
GPA: 3.73 UW (school does not weight); Mostly A/A-, few B+s, nothing below a B+
APs (so far):
Soph. year - AP Art History (5), AP World History (5)
Jr year - AP US History (assuming I get a 4 or 5), and AP Comp Sci (assuming 4 or a 5)
Senior year - probably will take 3-4 APs including Calc AB, Environmental Science, Human Geography, Economics

In addition, good number of honors courses throughout high school.

Extracurricular/Awards:
Freshman/JV Basketball (9)
Varsity Volleyball (10-12) (captain junior/senior year)
Varsity Lacrosse (9-12) (captain junior/senior year)
Summer Club lacrosse team (9-11)
Student Council Representative (11, 12)
Secretary of Guitar Club (9, 10)

National Spanish Exam Bronze Award (75th percentile, 9) and Silver Award (85th percentile, 10)

National Presidential Bronze Service Award (100+ hours/year, grades 10, 11, 12); total hours probably over 250 by end of junior year, mostly done through local church/school opportunities

Work Experience:
Summer between 9/10 grade, worked 4 days/wk for a 4 hour shift at a coffee shop for about two months

Vanderbilt PAVE Summer program junior year summer.

Teacher Recs will probably be pretty good, as well as essay.

I think that's about it. Thanks for your time.

Edit: Male, caucasian, decent-income family, no legacies to colleges I'm interested in.

Bump. Bump.

You’ll probably get into all of them. =)

Bump. Hoping to get some more feedback.

They seem like match to high-match. Good luck.

Waittt, isn’t National Merit for TX like 216? Hahaha.

Cornell-Reach
Johns Hopkins-Reach
Duke-Low Reach
UT Austin-Match

IDK anything else about the other schools…You have a bunch of awards so I think you’ll be fine((: GOod luck!

Good list of schools-might look at Holy Cross and Notre Dame-similar to Georgetown.

These seem like all near matches based on your resume. However, Cornell, Hopkins and Duke seem to be unpredictable with their decisions, so anything can happen. Best of luck!

@par, I’m not particularly interested in schools with heavy religious affiliation but I have looked at ND and am considering.

@Miselis, My school has had 4.1 kids rejected but 3.5 kids accepted at Duke, haha I definitely know what you’re talking about.

Thank you, all.

I’m sorry, but what does “bump” mean? I’m new here.

Bump is a way of putting your thread back at the top of the forum (bumping it up) if you want more responses.
