Chances on Florida Schools

Just checking on opinions on getting into most Florida colleges. (FSU, UCF, UF, UNF, USF) Mostly FSU or UCF as a close second. Im a junior.

I have a 3.3 but I go to a Catholic College Prep School so its a little more challenging (Ive heard this is taken into consideration? Maybe?).

Ive taken honors and have community service and all that with 2 clubs for ECs.

Got a 1740 (1140 just reading and math) on SAT. And a 26 on the ACT. Only took them once so they should improve the second or third time around.

Really want to got to FSU and Ive heard that I should be ok but let me know, keep in mind SAT and ACT will both go up I took them about 6 months ago. Any other thoughts on other colleges and anything of that nature would be great. Thanks.

Your chances for FSU are not certain with a 3.3 GPA. FSU weighs GPA more heavily than the SAT or ACT score. (FSU does not reward students with high SAT/ACT scores and low GPAs so that is no solution to gaining admission)

FSU enrolled students with a GPA in the range 3.25 to 3.49 only 13.6% of the time. Push your FSU GPA to 3.5 to 3.74 and your chances significantly increase. Push your GPA to 3.75+ and you’d be in the majority of enrolled FSU students.
