Hello,
Today marked the conclusion of my junior year and I am planning to major in Laboratory science (which most likely will serve as a premed) at Chapel Hill. Here are my stats:
Class rank: 4 out of 357
Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.75
ACT: 26 (only took it once and my school announced that they signed up all the juniors just a week before the exam)
SAT: Will be taking it this June
ECs:
Church thrift store volunteer since 9th grade (I manage inventory and receive incoming donations; they use profits to fund missions worldwide)
National Beta Club since 9th grade (I work with Kramden Institute, Habitat for Humanity, and Light the Night Walk)
Guitar Player at Raleigh Music Academy from 9-10th grade (Played live shows and also played the national anthem at one of our robotics competitions)
Robotics since 10th grade (was in business division 10th grade, then mechanical lead this year)
YMCA 21st Century Tutor since 11th grade (I tutor children that struggle academically every week)
National Honor Society (I tutor ESL students in their afterschool program)
For my senior year, I will continue my roles at YMCA, NHS, Beta Club, my church’s thrift store, and also robotics. I will also take part in an internship at a hospital during the next school year.

If yes, you’re basically in. If you’re not, I’d say your chances are a little rough. Focus on improving those test scores and maintaining that GPA and you’ll be fine.
If you’re instate it’s definitely a match, but if you’re OOS maintain thag GPA boost test scores and get stellar LORs and write an amazing essay and you stand a chance! Chance back?
If you can get your SAT to the 1300 range, you should be fine. If you want to take the ACT again, aim for a 30. UNC’s middle 25%-75% is as follows for the SAT: Critical Reading 600-710; Math 620-720. If you can get your scores towards the top end of this spectrum (650 and above), you should get in. You seem like a strong applicant with good ECs and great grades, so keep it up and you should get in.
