Chances OOS...Please Help!

<p>Applying to the College of Arts and Sciences; OOS applicant unfortunately lol. I will have 9 APs by graduation in 2008. I have taken all of the honors / AP courses I could possibly fit in my schedule (definitely have one the most rigorous schedules for senior year). I really think (hope) my essays and recommendations will be excellent.</p>

<p>For regular admission to the college of Arts and Sciences I'd say you have a very good chance. I would definitely try to give the SAT's another shot, but your resume looks pretty solid.</p>

<p>I think you have a really good chance. I personally don't believe that there is anything wrong with your SAT score, the average score here is somewhere between 1100-and 1290, or so they say. Unless you are apply to the Honors program i think its fine. Plus your a minority so that helps out (I'm a minority too) The OOS factor adds a little uncertainty to the equations but i think they are trying to get more OOS students anyway... I don't understand how you can have a weighted gpa of 4.7 and an unweighted GPA of 3.8, but it high, just make sure you are in the top 10% and don't let the GPA get lower then a 3.5 and you won't have any troubles. Make sure you apply early action.</p>
