<p>I am open to more suggestions. I don't know why Duke is in there, I know it is a huge reach but I have fallen in love with school after visiting this weekend and I am going to apply. Please chance me for the above schools. Any help is greatly appreciated!</p>

<p>well, i can't help you with the schools, but from what i see you have a solid application. just focus, and try to show your personality throughout the application process. you've probably always been told "show don't tell", now is your time to do exactly that. Best of luck to you :)</p>

<p>I don't think Duke is such a big reach for a URM male with very good stats.</p>

<p>I think you are underestimating your chances.</p>

<p>Duke is not a huge reach. UNC Chapel Hill is closer to a match than anything else.</p>

<p>Your only problem may be the fact that your weighted GPA is essentially identical to your unweighted one, demonstrating that you have take relatively few advanced classes. Again, this is not a big weakness because your grades are good and your school may do weighting differently.</p>

<p>Well that UW GPA is without my senior year classes weighed in. When my 6+AP class added credits weigh in it will be higher.</p>
