<p>Your summary is too vague and boring. I don't see any hook. Nothing seems special. Your SAT's are good (not great). Your GPA is on the lower side for the schools you are considering, IMHO. The top 10% of your class is good, but there are good kids everywhere.</p>

<p>So much depends on the rigor of your course load throughout HS. Your essays have to score big; recommendations and such. However, with the info you have presented, I don't see you as standing out in some way, beyond the others out there.
Perhaps with more personal info, AP info and such I'd be more optimistic. Bottom line: tell us more and make it interesting.</p>
