<p>Hi! So I'm a white female from Maryland, I go to a good public high school.
SAT:
Math: 710
Reading: 730
Writing: 740
ACT: 33</p>

<p>GPA: 3.78 uw/4.57 w
I tend to get mostly As and a few Bs with one C.</p>

<p>AP/Honors: AP US Gov (5), AP Calc AB (4), AP Environmental Science (4), AP World (5), AP English Lang (5), AP Psych (5), plus this year I'm taking AP Bio, AP Lit, and AP Stat
All other courses are honors</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
- Editor in Chief of yearbook (Best yearbook in the state of Maryland)
- Vice president of Drama Club
- member of Improv Troupe
- president of Teens Helping the Earth
- leadership commitee in English Honor Society
- member of Journalism Honor Society, Science Honor Society, Music Honor Society, and National Honor Society

- Honors Choir two years

- Relay For Life team captain and commitee member
- volunteered at day camp
- certificate of meritorius service (for 700+ volunteer hours)
- work at Kumon Co. (tutoring company)</p>

<p>I also have a twin brother with similar grades and extracurriculars who got better scores than me (2300 SAT) so I hope that'll help</p>

<p>I think you have a really good chance at William and Mary. The rest, besides the Ivies, are probably matches :slight_smile: You have a bunch of really good extracurriculars so it looks great! That C will undoubtedly bring you down, though. So yeah. Make sure you have some great teacher recs and some great essays, and I think you’ll definitely get into one of these schools!</p>

<p>Also, there is a music honor society?! And a journalism honor society?! Whaaaaa…we have none of this at my school…I feel so deprived now lol</p>

<p>I think you have a great chance at all of those schools! The only one that is a “reach” in my opinion is Columbia. But again, your stats are well in their range so you’re qualified enough.
