<p>It’s really hard to tell to be honest. The standards are rising everyday. Two years ago, the incoming average GPA for incoming freshmen was 4.0… </p>
<p>Your SAT and GPA are both on the low side. I’d say… 20% since you’re out of state.</p>
<p>You have a chance of getting into Virginia Tech. But you’re GPA and SAT scores are too low for Engineering.</p>
