Chances Please!

I currently live in MD
Out of state

GPA:3.3uw/3.96w
sat:2000

8 Aps by grad.

Exceptional ECs such as captain of two athletic teams, founder of a national chapter, and much more.

USC is a private university, so it does not matter if you are a California resident or not.

“of a national chapter” – of what? “and much more” – like what? If you look at other chance threads on here, people are very detailed with their ECs, grades, classes, intended area of study, etc.

There isn’t enough information here to paint a full picture of who you are as an applicant. USC looks at the whole student, not just the numbers – so be a bit more detailed with everything and maybe someone can help you.

I will say, though, that your UW GPA is on the low end and this is what USC looks at.

your ECs are a bit vague, and your stats are subpar - especially the GPA. its .5 below the average accepted student
