I am actually posting this without looking at your stats. I really wish you wouldn't do this to yourself. I did it when I was applying and everyone told me that I wasn't going to get admitted to any of the schools I applied to and I got accepted to all of them. I am sure that you did well in HS and don't worry about something that you could've done differently. You tried your best on the application and now it is time for the school to see if you are right for Rice. I want to emphasize that if you are rejected it isn't because you are a bad student or because they wanted your SAT score to be 200 points higher, it is because you the adcom doesn't think that you are a good match for the school for whatever reason. I don't know if that makes you feel any better. You did well and just be happy with how you did no matter what the outcome is. Rejection isn't the end. You could get rejected and end up at a different school and realize that you love it there!

you're in, don't sweat it.

Rice?? THEIR MINIMUM REQUIREMENT IS 4.5 W GPA, 2400 SAT, 2400 SAT II, 6 ON ALL AP's AND NOBEL WINNING ESSAYS...YOU HAVE NO CHANCE!!!.... j/k.... I agree with buffithemaster, you're in

Thank you so much!! My worries have decreased significantly. You guys are great!

I am a bit worried about my AP test scores. Will they hurt my chances?
