Thanks for all comments! I guess its kind of hard to tell where I stand for admissions but I go to a really competitive public high school if that helps

Those grades are right on mark for Binghamton, although possibly a bit lower. Last year, many applicants around your statistics were waitlisted/rejected. I recommend looking into other schools, as Binghamton has become a place, in my opinion, of Ivy League rejects.

How many of your classes were honors? An unweighted GPA of 90 isn’t great if no classes are honors, but if they all were, it would be a different story. In any case, looking at the stats of Bing, you sound pretty close.

Nothing the matter with ivy league rejects! Most excellent students are ivy league rejects! That’s actually a compliment.

Wow, we almost have the same exact stats! I also applied to early action at Binghamton and I’m definitely not feeling too comfortable about my chances but who knows there’s always a chance!

The average M+CR SAT score this past year reached an all-time high of 1305 and there’s every indication that it’ll only be higher this year. The average gpa was 94. If I had to guess, I’d say you’ll be deferred.

Also, since when did a school for Ivy rejects become a place to avoid? I’d assume most people who got into Ivies would, y’know, be at those Ivies.
