I love everything about Wellesley and would love to attend. Do I have a chance against girls with 4.0's and 2250's?

Is that GPA weighted or unweighted? Either way, I certainly think you have a shot, especially given your involvement in your school and community. Do as well as you can on your upcoming AP tests and your first semester senior classes. It seems like Wellesley emphasizes letters of recommendation and the application essays, so it’s really important to make sure that you don’t leave those for the last minute. Also, be sure to schedule an interview–the deadline for that falls well before the deadline for the rest of the application!

I’d encourage you to look through the Early Evaluation results thread, since that might also give you an idea of what the college is looking for. And of course, please feel free to contact me with any additional questions. I’m currently a senior at Wellesley, and I volunteer with the admissions office.

EDIT: Also, applying Early Evaluation is non-binding (unlike Early Decision), and those applicants tend to have higher rates of acceptance. That application is usually due on January 1st.

3.5 is unweighted, 4.77 is weighted. I am super interested in the school as my top choice, so Early Evaluation is probably what I am going to do. Thanks so much!!
