Let me know what you think…Thanks for everything!!

wtf are u/????
u are like a freak (in a good way)
i wish i could be like you!!!
i think the only reason yale defered you was b/c of your scores!!! holy crap!!!!

hahah its really not that much... would i be able to get into upenn for regular admission?

You should have gotten into Yale. You're in Penn, easily. You must be very articulate.

duskstamper: thanks for your help!

can you help me with my essays and stuff?? I am a terrible writer!!!!
email me at : jack_frost429@hotmail.com if you are willing to help

Your SAT IIs are a bit low for Penn. You should consider retaking.

woooowwwww. That's a nice list of ECs. I'd say u have a great chance of being admitted. The only thing that could hurt you are, as athlon said, your sat2 scores.

and her SAT 1 scores...but yeah the sat 2's are pretty bad. It's a tough call....i mean just basing on how things have been going at my school recently it seems that neither great academics/scores nor incredible ec's/mediocre academics will get you in. You need to have a decent balance of both. That said your ec's are truly incredible and I'd expect that you would get in and am also suprised you didnt get into Yale...retake those SAT 2's though, theyre dismal.

ilovepoker and athlon: i would retake them... but i dont think i have enough time... I think ill just see what happens and hope for the best! thanks for everything!!

Watch out for some of your ECs. Colleges know well that a lot of your ECs such as "The National Student Leadership Conference, The Global Young Leaders Conference" are essentially meaningless. Things like "Junior Statesmen of America Summer Program" are not highly regarded in the college admission world either. Make a concise and strong resume will be your best chance as for right now. Good job anyway! :-)

penumbra: the junior statesmen of america summer program at gtown isnt credible? i thought it was pretty competitive... only approx a hundred students were accepted... what do you think?

100 out of how many?

they said during orientation that over a thousand people applied... im not sure of the exact stats though sorry!
