Awards:

Grades are good, but do you have your AP scores, SAT or ACT, and SATII scores? How are your recs and essays? What school are you applying to? Your EC's seem very scattered and don't show much passion (quality over quantity). By the way, how are you a part of both young republicans and democracts? Nothing wrong with it,I think its great, but I was just wondering. =)

I got 2210/2400 on my SAT's, and a 32 on my ACT's.

As for the EC's, should I leave off the ones under 3 years? As you can tell, I love history/debate/writing/volunteering.

And in Sophomore year, I wanted to see both sides rather than my parents' (Republicans), so I joined both. I haven't left either since :)

what is your rank/percentile?

Top 25ish of about 350 students. Very competitive school, too.

Member of Young Democrats and Young Republicans at the same time? Interesting....

Yep. I find both parties quite unique.

What do you think of the Democrat's platform this recent election?
I think it was complete bulls*it. It was literally "Everything Bush is evil, vote us cause we hate Bush and so do you". And I am a democrat.

That pretty much sums it up... haha.

To be honest, Georgetown will NOT weed you out, of that I am sure. But, I honestly think accepetences are just random, that being said, you have as good chance as anyone else. I think it's hard to acutally to be able to know for a school like Georgetown, if your going to get in based on scores

As far as my scores, how are those as compared to usual acceptances?
