Chances please?

<p>I am a sophomore
3.4 G.P.A (freshman only)
At the end of the year it will be about a 3.7 and by senior year prob. about 4.1
This year classes are Honors English, AP Euro, CP Bio, CP Geo, Journalism and Spanish 3
Next year classes Honors English, Honors Chem., AP U.S., CP Alg 2 spanish 3 and latin 1 (hopefully summer after junior year I can take online Trig so I can take calc. senior year
Senior classes Honors Physics, AP English, AP Gov, and hopefully AP Calc. to history electives and spanish 4</p>

This summer discover hopkins program (history)
Summer after either travel or I will try to volunteer at a history museam</p>

<p>Actually, justaposn, I think you have neglected to account for the online Trig class, so I would put the chances at about 36.4*9*%</p>

<p> My advice is : don't worry about your freshman year. I did extremely bad in freshman and I am still on top 5% (my school doesn't calculate freshman GPA ^_^ - I am an international). And I got pretty good marks later on. Forget the past and focus on the future. </p>

<p>hmmm.....sophomore....wow. and uh, race? that could help. intended major? that actually matters, and its easier to get in some departments than others. you have a lower gpa than I had but you have harder classes earlier on. so, good luck, check back next year. Don't worry so much about your freshman year though, do as well as you can your junior year and take the SAT multiple times.</p>
