NYU (maybe ED?)
Georgetown SFS
Upenn
Middlebury
Tufts
Boston University
USC
UVM
Lehigh University
Cornell

THANKS!

What is your safety?

probably SUNY Binghamton, UVM, Cooper Union, GWU or American

You're a fairly well-rounded jewish girl from Westchester. And, in a lot of ways, that's the kiss of death. Because there will be hundreds, if not thousands, of other well-rounded jewish girls from Westchester apply to the same schools.

BIG Reaches: Georgetown SFS, UPenn, Cornell, Tufts
Matches-Low Reaches: USC, BC, Middlebury, NYU
"Safeties": Lehigh, UVM

I think you could get NYU ED. But only if you're applying to CAS. If you're applying to Stern then you're probably going to get rejected on the virtue of your scores.

The thing is that you come from a very competitive area, so your application will be read in conjunction with those of students who are probably going to have done everything you did, only to the nth degree. Your two 3s on AP tests, and your sub-2000 SAT score aren't going to cut it at the reachier schools on your list.

But play up your ECs: Running, Temple involvement, work in Theatre. Other things on your resume simply speak to being privileged: Snowboarding club, trips to Africa, but no jobs...

Best Wishes!

oh yeah sorry, i forgot to mention that i worked at CVS for a year

^A liiiiiittle bit better. But not great.

Not quite. Middlebury is as competitive as G'Town and Cornell, and perhaps more competitive than Tufts.

you plan on running in college? talk to some coaches. i am.
