Volunteer/Service Work:
I have not had much of a chance to volunteer this summer, but I have volunteered the previous two summers at a local hospital, a science museum, and a senior home. About 150 total hours.
Also, I will be part of a group from my school that goes to elementary schools to help out the students there.
Colleges of Interest:
This is kind of a strange situation, because my dad has moved for his job in Texas, but my mom and I are staying here until I finish high school. So, I think I count as instate for both U of M and UT-Austin, but Im not 100% sure.</p>
