do i have a shot?

You have a shot but it's on the edge. With some good essays that highlight your hard work and passions- tied in with your major, your shot would be a little closer.

I think you have an excellent shot.

your numbers aren't great but your ecs seem to make up for them. Try to write an amazing essay and possibly retake the SAT.

i already took the sat 3 times
im taking the act for the first time in december. im hoping the act will suite me better

is being out of state going to hurt my chances THAT much??

Being out of state will be an advantage to you. Your competition will be alot less, coming from NJ.

thanks! does USC accept December SAT or ACT scores?

What's your rank?

26/340
so around top 8%

Yes, USC does accept December scores. As soon as you receive your scores, send in a copy of the online print out with USC's form 5 and have the official scores sent by College Board as soon as they are available.

From FAQ's on USC Admission page-
"Q: What is the last SAT or ACT sitting that USC will accept for fall applicants?
A: We suggest that freshman applicants take all SAT and/or ACT exams by December of their senior year. Although we will accept scores from later sittings, we cannot guarantee that your results will reach us in time to be considered by our admission committee."

c411, will i still be considered for scholarships if send dec scores?

Yes. As soon as it is available online (December 20), print a copy and send it, AND officially send it as well.

thanks for your help!
