Also next year I'm taking 2 AP's if that helps, and my brother goes to Nova if that helps there also.

Your URM status and good ECs will help you a bit at many of these schools:
Northeastern–Match
Villanova–Slight Reach (even with your brother there, sorry)
Boston University–Match
Boston College–Reach
George Washington–Slight Reach
Hofstra–Match
Loyola Md --Match
St.Joes. in PA–Safe Match to Match

Your odds would go up at Villanova, Boston University, and St. Joes of PA if you were going to run track at any of these.

Good luck.

P.S. I notice you actually picked schools with good business schools. Great job in researching schools that will be a good match for your major. Also, of the schools on your list where I expect you to get in, I’d say that Boston University or Loyola is probably where you would be happiest–and the ones with the strongest marketing programs (besides Nova and BC, where I don’t expect you to be accepted). Definitely apply to Nova, though, because they may give you a break with your brother already there.
