I have a 3.85 weighted gpa
SAT Scores: 690 Math, 620 Critical Reading, 580 Writing
I will take the SATs again in October
750 on bio SAT 2, plan to be a bio major
My school does not rank.

Varsity field hockey and softball
Involved in student government.
I am an out of stater.

from which state? If it’s NY or NJ you’ve got a lot of competition, but you’re probably OK. What is your unweighted gpa?

I am with astro, OOS from NJ/NY is different then from Kentcky!

i’m from MA and i think my unweighted gpa is around a 3.5. i heard my school doesn’t send unweighted gpa’s in which i know is odd…

Doesn’t matter if they send w or uw gpa, UMD will recalculate it…you are in, but I don’t see getting honors, gemstone or scholars, or schools like Smith

Your entire transcript will go in, so they will see the actual grades you got in the classes.

im from ny and got honors with a 98.7W, and 610/680/670…but i think i got lucky, as far as honors atleast

I would definetely say that DiN009, DS had 2190 on his SAT, and a 4.07 W (or over 100%), with 6 APs (all 4 and 5s) and 15 college credits (jump start, so he did it as a SR in hs) he got scholars, and we were from NC no where near as competitive as NY/NJ. I think alot has to do with your major also.

He would also tell you he had the lowest gpa out of all of his friends, but the highest SAT. His friends had your SAT score (didn’t break or barely broke 2000), but their gpa was @ 4.3+ w. His buds are actually all from NJ, except one from Seattle, so they were all OOS.
