chances PLEASE

<p>i have to turn in my college list to my counselor by tomorrow but i have NO idea where i want to apply except Cornell and University of Michigan Ann arbor and both of those seem reach for me. so could you please help me with finding schools that are match for me? or even some more reach schools! I am also interested in Wash U st louis</p>

<p>our school has four ap classes...i started school in US since 2nd semester of my sophomore year
10th : a+, a, a, a, a-, a-, a- (precal honors2nd semester, english 2 honors, biology honors, western civ, PE, Chorus, Religion )
11th: a+, a-, a-, a-, a-,b+,c+(AP) (Precal honors1st semester, english 3 honors, chem honors, physics honors, AP us history, French 1, religion)
senior classes : less chanllenging than junior yera (Cal H, Chem 2 H, English IV, Civics, French2, Religion, Chorus)</p>

<p>SAT: 2070...taking again in October...aiming for 2100- 2200+ maybe?</p>

<p>SAT2 : none. taking 2 in november. </p>

<p>ec: orchestra concert master, national chamber music competition , several music ECs, club president, clubs, NHS, community service..mission trips and other insignificant ecs...</p>

<p>I’m not sure, but I think that if you are a US resident your not considered an “internnational” student.-someone correct me if i’m wrong.
You have a fairly good SAT.
I think you will get accepted to UoM but cornell and washu is a reach.
I think that you should apply to your state universities as a back-up.</p>

<p>flipflo: the OP is considered an Intl student unless he/she has Permanent Resident status regardless of what current address is.</p>

<p>OP: you should quickly make an appt with your counselor to seek advice on college choices. He/she will be more familiar with the schools in your area that would be good matches. Obviously Cornell, UM, WUSTL are great schools to aim for. Best of luck to you.</p>
