University of the Pacific
San Jose State University

reach
University of Southern California
University of Arizona

pay attention to this colleges :
Thomas Aquinas college
Whittier College
chapman university

Any of those Cal States: You're probably in

University of Pacific: Match, you have a good shot

I second the above poster that you should consider Whittier College and Chapman University. Both are matches.

Also consider Loyola Marymount, which could be a slight reach or a match.

USC: Big reach unless your parents are going to donate a new building

Thanks guys, I thought this thread just got ignored because no one replyed when I checked a day later.

Well, my mom is a alumni of USC pharmacy program, and I wondered if that would help my chances?

i think UoP is a little tougher to get into than most think, but you have some shot of getting in since your gpa is alright.

safties for you are sjsu and arizona.

sdsu is a math/alight reach (because it is getting more and more competitive. i know people with better stats who didn't get in, but don't let that scare you.) because the admit rate is lowering each year. it is at about 50% now.

USC of course is a reach, but who knows.

you'll have good recs since you go to a small school. also if you prep some more for the sat and retake it, i'm sure you'll at least get something like 530/580/530.

Does USC look at a weighted or unweighted GPA?
