Chances, please

I applied to Michigan October 24 because that was the day my school finished the transcripts, was wondering what my chances will be.

Out of State
College of Engineering

SAT I:
600V 680M
600V 700M
GPA:
High School unweighted average 92.4
Michigan recalcultated GPA (11 A's 1 B) A little over 3.9 I think
Rank: 17/263
Classes:
5 AP's total
AP Chemistry, Bio, Government, Calculus, Statistics

EC's average, nothing special, lot of community service a few captain of clubs, drum major etc.
Essay, worked on it pretty much the entire Summer

don't listen to him...you have a good chance... i know out of state people who got into engineering with worse stats and applied later...good luck

Your GPA, course selection and class rank are all up where they should be.

Your SAT is about 100 points below the Michigan Engineering mean for out of state students. But that should not be too much of a problem.

You applied neither early nor late.

I would say you have a decent but not great chance of getting in.

thanks a lot, I really really hope I get in. It would definitely be my #1 choice.
