Chances, PLEEZ...

I'm a Chinese male, junior this year.

Also, I was an intern at Fermilab Soph. Year. Did some projects, got paid min. wage, etc.

Looking at U of Illinois in Champaign, Princeton (I don't think I'll get this one), MIT/Caltech, U of Chicago, and maybe U of Cal. in Berkeley.

I'm guessing my recommendations will be alright, because my CC and Track coach is also my counselor, and I think (hope?) he likes me.

If you could provide some input, I would be overjoyed. Thnx.

BTW-does being asian actually affect my chances, or is that a myth?

its very unlikely ou're going to get in with thos escores.

take some review classes and boost those scores

yeah. i'm taking the pr. review class right now.

I shouldn't have too much of a problem with U of Illinois or UChicago, though, right? RIGHT???

Whaaat? since when is 1480 too low? theyre great scores u should be very proud of. For UIUC, i dont think you' ll have much trouble, i know a bunch of people getting in with 1200's. U of chicago will depend on ur essays, if theyre really good, your chances od admission will be high. Good luck
