I live in TX and I am also a URM if that helps.

The good: Lots of IB honors and AP classes, good ECs, GPA W should be pretty good.

Bad: The test scores are about 20 to 40 points lower on each test section than you probably need for admission. The UW GPA is right at the low end of the acceptance rate for a URM.

My guess is if you can get your test scores up about 20 to 30 points on each section (maybe a total of 70 points total) you will then have about a 50% to 60% chance of getting in. Without moving the test scores up, I put your chances at about 40%. Also, if you take even one summer course and up your GPA up, or do some volunteer work or leadership work during the summer on a social cause or helping out disadvantaged kids, you'd improve your chances as well.

Just curious about whether you plan to detail your donation to a leukemia center on your application...if it was purely a monetary donation I can't see the relevance. If it was volunteer hours, that's different.

You probably aren't getting many bites because many of us are unfamiliar with admission processes at UT Austin (I, for one, know nothing about it). But you really don't need to keep bumping, especially multiple times on the same day.
