Chances?..plz

<p>Hi I am currently a senior in a competitive school in Long Island.</p>

Sat: 1690/2400 will take it in October again
Ethnicity: Pakistani
E.C: Commerece Bank Business camp one of fifty people selected
Math Honor Society
Business Honor Society
V.P SADD
Math Team
Varsity Tennis
Marching Band
Assistant Coach for a Special Olympics Team
Volunteering hours over 100 hrs.
School Newspaper-Copy Editor
Im Mulsim does that count against me or no
Workload:
9th grade-2 honors classes
10th-2 Honors classes
11th-3 Honors classes
12-4 Honors classes
I have taken four ap’s Bio,U.s history, microeconmics and government</p>

<p>What's your class rank? A 3.1 really probably puts you out of reach of Brandeis, unless your school is just THAT competitive. Also, you'd need to bring your SAT up at least 350-400 points (which can be done- I brought mine up 300 points- but it's hard). </p>

<p>But no, being Muslim would no factor into the decision at all, so no need to worry about that. There are plenty of Muslims and Pakistanis here.</p>

<p>It's a reach. Your GPA is really low. You need a killer essay, interview, teacher recs, and to bring your test scores up.</p>

Your class rank, GPA and SAT scores are well below the typical Brandeis student's.</p>

<p>That being said, have a great interview, write a great essay and really, really try and make your case <em>might</em> give you a shot.</p>
