TOTAL: 472 hrs (probably more)
-3rd place, American String Teacher Association Competition, district level. 2006, 2007 (ASTA)
-1st place, ASTA competition, district level 2008. 3rd place regional level
-Mu Alpha Theta member since freshman year
-Orchestra Leader at ANC orchestra
-Asst. Concertmaster at my school orchestra
-Glendale Youth Orchestra (Freshman year. Concertmaster during junior year)
-Korean American Youth Symphony (Soloist during sophomore year)
-Colburn Chamber orchestra (Soph and Jr year)
-School String Quartet member since freshman year
-probably JPL internship during Summer 2009</p>

<p>I know the extracurricular section is long, but try to read through it or just the GPA/SAT score part.</p>

<p>Columbia & MIT are the iffy'est. Otherwise, I'd say you're in.</p>

<p>I would say in everywhere except Columbia, Brown, and MIT (unless legacy has that much of an impact)</p>

<p>I think you underestimate the (potential) difficulty of junior year in your grade predictions.. it is certainly a rough year for most people.</p>

<p><em>gasp</em> 54th percentile for Korean SAT II</p>

<p>You should wait 1 more year, honestly.</p>
