<p>Hello,
I am currently a Sophomore and I haven't taken any AP/Honors freshmen yr. cuz non were offered and I became very sick so I am still recovering therefore I didn't take any sophmore year. I want to go to Cal..will they accept me? I plan is to take these classes junior year: AP US History, English Honors and maybe Algebra 2 Accelerated. What are the UC policies on accelerated courses?</p>

<p>UC Berkeley (Cal), like all the UCs doesn't even count freshman grades in determining who gets in. But they will start expecting you to take honors courses during your sophomore and junior years.</p>
