I’m in real agony deciding whether to apply to berkeley… and there’s less than a month left before it’s the deadline.
So is berkeley half reach half match or a total reach for me?

I’m from Hong Kong; so I’m international.
My HKCEEs (a public exam which almost every 11th grade student has to sit)
english A, math A, additional math A, physics A, chem B, biology A, econ A, accounting B, chinese D
My predicted A-level grades:
Use of English A, Chinese Language and Culture D, Pure mathematics A, Physics A, Chemistry B(though I expect to get an A; the teacher doesn’t cooperate)
SAT: 790M 670V
SAT IIs:
800 physics
800 chem
800 iic
710 writing

TOEFL : 280/300 Computer Based

VERY VERY MOdest ECAs, community service tends to zero.

internal awards only,
the most "significant " award is the rensselaer medal (if that counts as an award, that is)

I here they look a lot on scores since there’s so many applicants. Is this true?
THANKS A LOT!

You've got a very good chance. If you have little EC's (as I did) your SATs will really help you out. Try it along with some other UCs if you'd like. Cal is never a true match, and who knows how they pick their class. Good luck.
