@bunnyman you seem to have as good of a chance as anyone, especially since you are in-state…your extracurriculars will help you i think…if you could improve your sat score you would have an even better shot because it is just about at the median for uva and it seems that the applicants get stronger each year…all in all your chances are good, but make sure you write good essays they are important

@cooldude17 out of state competition for uva is extremely tough and many qualified applicants do not get in…that being said you have a good chance, although your test scores worry me, especially since you are out of state…that being said your gpa and course load should help you, and you ecs are decent…essays may be critical for your chances, like i said it is very tough to get into uva from out of state because of the quotas they have to meet for instate students…improve your sat or act a little and write good essays and you’ll have a good chance at getting in

@whitemountain14, you’re dead on. I did bring my ACT up to a 32 comp and I was wrong about the grade in english (it was an A) and my move in day for old dorms (McCormick) is this friday!
@Cooldude17, I agree with whitemountain14, it’s good but the test scores could be a little higher. For you it might be coin flip chances. Also, I can’t decide if I should be impressed by your senior AP load or worried. If you can do it, go for it. However, remember UVa can be strict on what scores they accept for college credit.
