PLEASE?!? WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF GETTING IN?

should I apply to to the trinity school of arts and sciences? or should i take a risk and apply to Pratt? thanks for your time.

Apply to Pratt if you want to be in Pratt. Apply to Trinity if you want to be in Trinity. Don't apply to a different school b/c you think it will increase your chances - it won't. They will see through you in the essay.

Also, I'd say with your math scores being much better than your verbal, Pratt is probably a better fit anyways. I'd say your chances are pretty good actually. On target test scores and grades are good. Just show that you have really committed yourself to one or two of those extracurriculars. Duke wants to see that you've exhibited passion for something and have excelled at it - rather than just dabble in 100 different activities without having a leadership role. Being from North Carolina helps your chances too.

Definitely apply where you want.. but I'd say ur chances are probably better for Pratt than Trinity especially with perfect Math and alright CR score..

Eh, my verbal score was better than my math score and I'm in Pratt! (back before your newfangled three score SAT mind you)

I'm just going to apply to Pratt. The reason as to why I was considering applying to just Trinity was because I'm not even sure if I want to go into engineering. Thanks for the advice!!

Oh, you'll want to go into engineering. :)
