Chances Prep Schools?

I am applying to six schools for the ninth grade:
Concord Academy, BB&N, Nobles and Greenough, Milton Academy, Phillips Andover Academy, and Phillips Exeter Academy.
I'm really just asking about Andover, Exeter and Milton.

I go to a private school in MA, about 7 students have gone to andover in the past four years, 6 to exeter, 23 to milton ( the class size isn't large)
also, from 1994-1998 college that the largest number of students from my school went to was Harvard (15), I don't know if that is relevant.
7th grade grades:
English/ History A-, A, A, Overall A
French Overall A+
Math Overall A (she doesn't give A+, my average was 98)
Science Overall A+

Eighth grade (first trimester):
English/History: A
Science: A (she doesn't give A+, my average was about an A+)
French: A
Honors Algebra: A (she doesn't give A+, my average was about an A+)

I play both the violin and the piano, violin for 8 years, piano for 5
I am sending in a CD
I'm in a advanced audition-only orchestra (violin)
this summer i attended an audition-only violin camp
I have been in my school's chorus for 3 years, and we preform at senior centers
I run Cross-Country( best girl on the team) 2 years, play volleyball (1 year), and play Lacrosse (all for my school)
This trimester I am in the school play (small part) and last trimester i was in pottery
I am part of a Christian Girls Youth Group
I got a 99th (99 math, 97 vocab, 96 reading comp.) percentile on the ssat
My ssat essay wasn't the best( i could only think of one example, and it was from personal experience) but i stayed on topic.
My interview went well
I have good recommendations from my math, english, and violin teachers( for milton also from my science teacher)
I spent 4 months voluntarily taking care of a child when her mother had hip surgery in sixth grade
I volunteer at this Halloween Town thing every october
I also expressed great interest in science and dance (even though i have only taken a few dance classes when i was younger)
what are my chances? (sorry this was so long)

Im sorry i forgot two ECs:
I have taken 3 years of chorus at my school
I have also taken one year of hip hop, one year of ballet, and one year of afro-jazz dance
In the afro-jazz group we preformed at a national ethnicity awareness conference, and then at a festival in Harvard Square.

Does this mean that there exists a middle school dedicated to getting students into the best possible high school so as to maximize their chances to get into college? Is there an elementary prep school you can go to in order to maximize your chances at getting into an elite middle school? What are the best "feeder" preschools into good elementary schools?

If I want my kid to devote his life to getting into harvard, is it too late to start at age 3?

Yes, there are pre schools designed to get kids into the top elementary schools:
